  WORST contractor ever!!! He wouldnt build to code. I had to pay someone else to do it so i could pass inspections. He gave me the parts needed to finish and told me to do it myself. REAL lazy. He wanted to run all the duct above or in my cabints!!! said it couldnt go in the wall/floor joist!!! Then he tells me i still own him for the finish work!!! He didnt do it and he broke contract. I think he owns me money for having to pay someone else to finish his rough in.
  
  Since all this i've met people in this line of work in Anchorage and they all say the same thing about him.
  Overall:
  -Bad trade skills
  -Unreliable
  -Not a people person
  -Vary unprofessional

  dont call his building the color purple. It made him upset with me the first time i talk to him. Maybe thats why he did such a bad job on my place. I guess the color is Galaxy Blue?
